For as long as I can remember I have been baby-sitting. My first real baby-sitting job was when I was 12-years-old. For a whole summer I lived in Nevada and cared for two girls as young as 4-years-old with the help of a cousin. The following summer I stayed with a relative and watched her two sons, at the time they were 2-years-old and 3-months-old. I watched them everyday from 9:00 a.m. to as early as 6:00 p.m. alone. At age 17-years-old I worked at my school's day care center for a whole year. I love being around kids and their energetic spirit. You learn a lot from watching them grow. It's a great learning experience for me because I want to major in Elementary Education.
